This particular bus must've been the oldest, most creakiest bus in National Express's whole fleet... the seats were violently squeaking the entire journey, the seats were also uncomfortable due to their outdated shape & design. No charging docks, poor air conditioning.
Also the route in between Bristol & Exeter was an absolute nightmare, crawling through these small streets at such a slow pace.
