Service good but delayed by 3 driver changeovers
A useful way to get to Heathrow.
I liked it
Was very sick at the end of the journey
Departed 30 minutes late
Disappointed, a 4 hour journey became a 5 hour long journey
This is ok
Efficient and cost effective service. Rather cramped for long distances
Air conditioning ineffective. Toilet not working.
Driver was nice, bus was quite late but the journey went smoothly. Seats were a little too hard to sit on for such a long time.
Friendly and helpful drivers and value for money.
Lady on check in desk wasn't particularly friendly, however, bus driver was excellent
Great communication from staff Also very friendly
Your system of only being able to exchange on the phone is frustrating. It takes advantage of people who don’t have their phone set up to make international calls, or who are rushing through the airport. In my case, I lost 25 pounds after my flight wasn’t late because my international phone service was unreliable and I couldn’t make out the instructions.
Was at least 1.5hr late with no warning. Route went through Bristol at rush hour
Excellent journey overseen by courteous staff.
comfortable coaches, questionable punctuality, variable staff, just almost enough bag storage
Comfortable seats Clean coaches
The bus itself was not suitable for a long distance journey. No WiFi and most inconvenient.
Floors of the bus were so sticky with spills. Trays dirty. Toilet was stinky.
Many thanks for allowing us to travel on an earlier bus when our flight came in earlier. Made a lot of difference.
