The bus late arriving.
Seats were incredibly uncomfortable. Very disappointed with my trip especially as it was also late.
Was ok. Bus was late, seats not too big. No waste bins. Driver took wrong turn - we had to tell him he’s going wrong way.
Very disappointed in big delays in this Heathrow to Exeter service today
Excellent service wow 🤩 I love!
I missed the bus service because they say that departure of bus will be dalayed 15 min, although the bus came on time. I went to bus stop 10 min before. However the bus has gone.
Staff were very friendly looked after bags very effficient and it was a thoroughly delightful experience Punctual and having the toilet was a blessing too. Great trip after a very very very long flight from Australia seamless
Good service reliable and on time
It’s fine overall but late and no wifi
Everything was as fine as an overnight bus could be - thought it would be lovely to have sleeper coaches like what they do in India.
Excellent service and highly commend woman bus driver. She was most helpful and friendly. The reason bus was late at Heathrow was due to crisis at Victoria- police involved in everyone having to exit station.
Great service but toilets smelt terrible on the bus
Very pleasant trip.
Heath-row terminal 5 was poorly staffed with no displays timetable or information. It was a dirty area with poor lighting .
Good service! Very quick.
We could not find Exeter listed on the inside boards so we had to keep asking staff what bus was going to Exeter since it was late.
WiFi didn’t work. It was too slow.
Was relying on advertised WiFi to be available on bus to inform friends of late arrival but no WiFi available
Fabulous experience all round!
Good service. Convenient.
The driver was brilliant in spite of being diverted due to an accident on the M5, he took us along the M25, M3 and A303 and we still got to Exeter on time. A really good journey!

Bus was late due to some road work, so not fault of the bus line!
