There was a driver and another guy who was responsible for the lugagge and the passengers. This other guy was acting very weird, telling people we could not stop for them to go to the toilet or letting random people on the bus and taking money from them directly. At some point (we had been waiting in traffic jam for over an hour) he offered us to drive with some "friends" of him to our destination. We declined and after that he seemed quite upset. Overall it wasn't a very good experience.
Not only was the bus 1/2 an hour late but once we departed Salitre Terminal it stopped several times in the middle of nowhere until 1 hour later the driver told us that the bus had a mechanical problem and that we were going to have to change to another bus. More or less 20 minutes later came the other bus which was full of people and was not of the same category as the one we had paid. Obviously the inital chosen seat could not be respected but also there werent enough places. One of the passengers had to go in the drivers cabin which I assume is not legal and of course not safe.
I would not recommed this company because it was not very honest.
I booked a bus for 8:30am. When I arrived they said this bus was not available and I was put on another bus 2 hours later. I paid more online than if I would have just gone to the bus terminal and didn't get the bus I wanted, so I wasn't happy.
It was a very pleasant experience until our bus broke down at midnight. The driver did not let the passengers know what was happening. We did not get back on the road until 3 hours later.
The bus was three hours earlier which would have been nice except for the fact it meant that we arrived at 5.30am instead of a much nicer time of 8.30am. Would have much preferred the driver to drive like a normal person than a maniac and have arrived at a more reasonable time in the morning. We caught a night bus so we could sleep not to be tossed around like we were in a washing machine
They interchanged my name with the name of a girl that wanted to travel to Cali. I was on the right bus, but my name was not on the list. The girl finally had to give me her seat and had to change the bus. This entire procedure was annoying. This is an evidence for low administrative efficiency. Could have ended fatally.
