In Boston, the guy of Greyhound was really disrespectful with no hello, no thank you, nothing. We had the impression to be not a customers. This is not normal. The bus stop lot of time during the travel. I will never take again a tickets from Greyhound, we were really disapointed for this.

The bus was very rundown. Seats were broken or slanted forward and some had tears in the upholstery. We moved around as there was some room in the back and found some of the least problematical seats. Others moved around too. At our stop in White River Junction we were not told that there were food options so bought tasteless sandwiches in the bus depot. When we were back on the bus we saw a few people return with sandwiches from Subway which, had we known it was nearby, we would have chosen as well.

The staff at south station greyhound desk are incredibly rude and unhelpful. It looks extremely bad on greyhound to have such rude people represent them. Never planning on travelling with you ever again.
