BIGTREE has received positive feedback for its punctuality and the cleanliness, comfort, and safety of their buses. Passengers appreciated arriving on time at both ends of their journey. However, there were some concerns about ticket date changes without prior notice and unexpected stops during trips. Overall, experiences with BIGTREE have been favorable despite these minor inconveniences.
The bus ride was somehow. Firstly the bus was late with about 30 min. Next the bus itself is not a luxury sleep liner - the seats do not have armrests, they do not recline and they did not have nets where people can hold some of their items or food trays the way other busses do. There also wasnt a restroom on board. definitely not a bus to use for long distant travel. The bus also had extra passengers who did not have actual seats and were just seated in the passage area. The bus drivers were nice though. They made plenty of stops and were generous with time. I commend them for that. But they were also too nice, because they are the ones that allowed extra passengers on board. Which i think could have become dangerous. There were, I believe, 3 extra passengers.

The bus left and hour late and there's still no toilets in it pastime I uses a bus like this was apm and vowed not to use it In future and when I booked big tree thout is different but I just went to realize is the same cheap poor service and same office what changed there was only a name .this is so disappointing while we try to avoid bad service the just come around in different names

I personally did not enjoy anything. First thing the bus arrived very late from Matatiele and got stucked at Kokstad for almost 5hours that delayed my whole plans as my arrival time was delayed and of course other passengers plans were also disrupted.
