The bus was late, but the driver try his best to reach Johannesburg in time, the bus was not the eldo couches we know,it was a just white bus with no toilet, and we couldn't even charge our phones, the bus was not up toeldo couches standard, we were all disappointed really
The bus should depart from Pietermaritzburg at 12h05pm but instead it departed at 12h30 of which I arrived at a pick up point 30 minutes before the departure time,
so I ended up spending about an hour and that caused us to arrived in JHB very late than at about 19h40 that was disappointing
The Bus was Late first and secondly the Bus have stopped on the Road Because they were Cops on the Road and it had an expired Disk and too many Problems
1.The toilet was smelling bad and out of order.
2.the bus was late for a whole hour and it was moving slowly on the order as if there's no energy.
3. The driver didn't stop at any garage fir us to pee and buy food.
4. Receptionist 2 Indians were rude to customers.
The bus came 3. 5 hours later as it broke down and my mother who is an elderly of 80 years was dropped where she wasn't suppose to be dropper all that happened after 22:00 at night
Their trip was very very bad the bus broke down and never sent an replacement had to catch a taxi yesterday bus got full had only 4 spaces had to move my ticket which also had a breakdown at moi river
The bus had mechanical failure its had no power we were stark in Montrose for hours and the driver was un professions I had to go and hike at my own expense
The bus very late, instead of arriving at the Macdonalds in Pietermaritzburg at 10:25 it arrived at 11:20.
Instead of going straight to park station in Johannesburg, it took detours to Benoni and OR Tambo International Airport which were not stipulated on purchasing the ticket.
It arrived at park station Johannesburg at 19:30.
Which made me miss my other transport to my destination.
I'm not impressed at all.
Intercape has the best service and it is always on time thought it arrived late on Friday but managed to be 10 minutes early when it got to Joburg
Ever since I’ve been using Intercape it is the best I highly recommend.May the service continue being this good 👍
Late arrival of bus from the start and end. Picked up additional passengers on the shoulder of the freeway. Bus detoured to Heidelberg where it was delayed further..Arrived at destination 2hrs late
The drive was very unfriendly we shouted at me on my arrival to the bus stop (I was on time) arrogantly asking me how he can help me, when I was greeting him and whether it was the correct bus since it was not written Engle Liner with visible words.
The bus was late at the pick up point, unhygienic, and had an engine (fault) light on, and a continuous bleep on the drivers cabinet that went on all the way from PMB to JHB. The driver had to stop the bus and check on it in regular intervals. OUR SAFETY WAS COMPROMISED FOR PROFIT!
The bus was supposed to pick us up in Pietermaritzburg by 9:30am only for it to arrive at 12:00pm
Disgraceful service, I could never recommend any one to book this bus ever!
A mostly pleasant trip, but no windows or working aircon, so very hot. Bus driver missed my dropoff point, didn't end up being a major issue, but did make things more complicated
Do not recommend taking the Greyhound bus. It was delayed due to mechanical issues and thereafter we were then given the Citiliner Plus bus which I wouldn’t recommend as well the bus had ants roaming around. I wasn’t impressed at all.
