Staff was incompetent! They didn't drop us off directly inside park station and we couldnt see where we were as it was very dark but they didn't tell us, we nearly got dropped off at the wrong destination! Very unprofessional!
my bus was 8 hours late and they didnt want to take me seriously at the offices in pietermaritsburg, I just have to thank the call centre and the bus driver who arrived at 09:00 otherwise i would have been stuck there for longer
There was not enough space on the bus that arrived and it made it hard to secure a seat and this was upsetting as I booked in advance. There needs to be a list with names before we even put our bags on the bus, it will create order and avoid chaos and passenger altercations.
The bus was 2 hours late and when we had asked the staff to call us when the bus arrives they do not. When I specifically left the bus for the toilet break the driver singles me out to tell me it’s a 20 minute wait so I must hurry as though I was the one who was late to enter the bus the first time. The bus stopped for 40 minutes as if we’re already not late and we arrived in Johannesburg 3 hours after arrival time which is ridiculous, we had plans yesterday evening and because of the late arrival we couldn’t fulfill our plans. I’m very upset as my ride was the most unpleasant. No air conditioning as well.
The was one occasion where I was travelling at night with the inter cape buss .. it was raining and the driver was driving fast to the point where by we asked him couple of times to slow down , it was a risky situation and I was not comfortable at all on that trip .. sadly I forgot the buss not to report the scary experience I had and the passengers
