Firstly I booked the ticket that says 20h45pm to arrive around 04h15 in the morning fine did payment and everything did receive the email regarding the ticket fine then later on when I check the tickets I see that it was made at 08h30am which arriving was at 03h30 or something like that no one explained or email saying the ticket u bought the bus is full or what happened then I called to ask which I paid more than R489 additional that I didn't plan because of the system or what so fine then arrived at bus station which said the bus will leave at 21h15 fine boom the bus came at 21h30 no one saying again to passanger we'll in the bus those bus drive when they talk they are not even in half of bus to talk they talk where they are the bus is long and those at the back can't even hear anything apparently bus was stopped for relaxing as we didn't know that we didn't even get out of the bus my experience as first time bus catch yooooh that all I can say
