Bus from Pretoria to Mthatha: Tickets & Timetables

There was no toilet in the bus but paid for services and I was enjoying the drivers were very friendly and updating us with everything and their driving were so good

It was good as I expected because I chose budgetliner, having working charging ports should be in every average bus having to travel more than 10 hours without a working charging port😭but the rest was as I expected

There was a 3 hour delay because the brake had a problem, the bus had a urine smell and it was super cold

Yhooo it was very bad departure was 7:30 even now we still on the road since yesterday

The trip was okay no problems The seats are small and makes it uncomfortable for a tall person like me My knees hurt because the whole trip they were bumping the seats I front of me

The bus management or drivers are very disorganised and rude,they delay,they bus condition is not good to transport people for long distance,they take people from taxis and get some cash and do overload.APMWC must be cutted of from long routes.

So disappointed bus delayed in Engcobo 5 hours in the police station no one updating with anything, till my Mom call head office it's when they clarify the problem to her 😕

The bus was clean, and had working charging ports the one issue was time, I arrived 2hrs late at my destination.

I suppose to get to my destination at 7:30am but I got there at 7 pm because a bus got stuck for hours in the middle of nowhere

I'm fine and Eagle Liner always in time the drivers are having care with us as passengers

The bus did not come at 17h00, it was late, my charging port in the bus was not working. My destiny was at shell ultra but i was forced to get off at railway station, reason being the bus jas to go back to gauteng. I will never again travel wit eagleliner, never ever.

The Bus was not in a good condition it kept on making noise there in the front and that was so uncomfortable. We couldn't charge our phones, and it was cold.The drivers were okay though

I didn't enjoy the trip first ok all the bus was suppose to go on 17:05 in pretoria but it wasn't arrive on time it arrived by 22:00 and when I booked tickets it says that the bus has a toilet and p sockets to charge but there was no toilet and sockets for charging

My ticket said your bus will depart at 17h05,I waited for 2 hours,and I was a victim to choose your company because I was attending a meeting at 7 in Mthatha,I was a victim because I ended up dropping the journey and spend money to book a hotel because of your unloyalty to the passengers

Clean toilets , battery charging areas in my seat .seats comfortable, good driving speed, soft low music friendly drivers.

Trip was great but what I didn't enjoy is they had one stop when we reach the destiny only at the Mthatha Park station though it was far I had to get a cab/walk

The bus had cockroaches

They do have customer care

Everything was good,we arrived in time

The drivers were good. I didn’t like worry about the sick person that was onboard🤦🏽‍♀️

The fact that the bus left at 18:15 instead of 17:30 was not good enough also the fact that I had to change busses on the way is very disgusting because I had a luggage and I was not well health wise to be on and off the bus. The worst part I arrived very late than expected.

The driver or drivers act like they're doing passengers a favor by transporting them.
