Terrible service, the bus was not serviced got stuck over 4hrs only to be moved to another dirty cold bus with no charging slots. Left park station 19h00 only to get home 12h00.

I did not like for the fact that they said I will arrive at 06:00 am at my destination but I arrived at 10:15. I did not like that the bus was going via Durban without being aware. I did not even stop at Montrose like all the busses stop there for us to get some food and go to the bathroom. A passenger lost her purse the bus had to stop for a long time, police came and we were all searched. Very unprofessional service.
The bus was late arrived at 8:30 instead of 8clock
I will never recommend anyone to book this bus firstly we were told to pay for our luggage secondly the bus came after 3hrs of the time the departure, thirdly hygienic 0% the bus is filthy it was my first and last time to book this bus. I'm thanks

Poor,drivers were rude and bus was dirty with cockroach and smelly
Firstly the boarding of the bus is not inside park station. Destanation was Matatiele not Kokstard and i was dropped at Kokstard to take a taxi to Matatiele if i wanted to travel with the taxi was going to use one from Johannesburg felt not safe where we boarded the bus.
Very poor service we got a different bus and it left us at a different destination
