Big Tree Coaches Matatiele Johannesburg recent customer reviews
I personally did not enjoy anything. First thing the bus arrived very late from Matatiele and got stucked at Kokstad for almost 5hours that delayed my whole plans as my arrival time was delayed and of course other passengers plans were also disrupted.

Hi there
The pick up point was an issue from Matatiele. When reached Kokstad, we waited in a taxi. The Big tree operators ended up placing us inside a taxi because apparently their bus died.
What the point of wanting to travel with a bus then end up traveling with a taxi???
The services are bad!
I will no longer use your services in the future.
Thanks but no thanks

They are arrived on time but my ticket was changed to a different date, I think they should remove date slots if Saturdays don't work than to proceed with payments only to call later for reschedule kinda inconvenience. Offish to stop in random awkward refreshing spot. Other than that my experience was good.
Many users have praised the service for its punctuality, friendly and professional drivers, comfortable buses, and clear communication. The overall travel experience is appreciated by many passengers. However, some reviews mention issues with seat comfort when traveling with larger individuals or babies on laps and concerns about toilet cleanliness during trips to specific destinations like Matatiele.
I was quite impressed their services were good,I have no complaints on anything.I wish they maintain the good standard and they are very professional

Eagle Liner receives praise for its punctuality, comfortable and warm buses, and friendly staff who provide clear instructions to avoid confusion. Many passengers enjoyed their trips with sufficient breaks along the way. However, some users noted issues such as persistent heater use despite requests to turn it off and windows not closing properly.
The journey was just fine, there was no air-conditioner that was the part I didn't like

It was horrible. The bus driver left us in a very scary and unsafe place in Joburg, tell us that he’s not getting inside the park station. What’s worse is that the was someone who behaved as if he’s assisting us to the park station and In areas where we can request (which the bus drive used to take us out of the bus) all of a sudden we had to pay a huge money for being assisted (R200). The experience was bad. Bus number( 1183) — the one that took us from matatiele at 5:00pm yesterday .

The stuff was okay and friendly. The bus itself was the problem, seats were very small, they are not comfortable, me and my wife had to be squashed in the 2 seater. We could relax our backs , the passage was very tinny. Like this bus doesn’t cater to a standard body size. We are very disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. It was a very horrible experience. The bus has no space
Many users appreciated the friendly and safe driving, punctuality, clean buses, comfortable seats, and functional charging ports. However, there were consistent concerns about non-functional air conditioning leading to excessive heat inside the bus. Additionally, some reviews mentioned issues with toilets not functioning properly or emitting unpleasant odors.
The driver didn't allow to use rest rooms on bus stops or to go out just to stretch out it was very uncomfortable journey till one passenger went to go beg them to stop out of nowhere so they can releave themselves next the highway horrible experience..

Comfortable seats. However, there were issues with air-conditioning. It was very hot in the bus and air conditioning was always switched off.
Based on 3119 reviews, the company was rated 2.1 stars on Busbud. Travellers were especially satisfied with the ticket access and the cleanliness but often complained with the Wi‑Fi. APM WC ticket prices on this trip start at £21
The bus arrived 1 and half hours late with no communication whatsoever.
The bus that arrived was not APMWC, it was just an average bus with no toilet, aircon, no charing port, seats were not adjustable as well. Upon boarding we were told to put luggage ourselves inside the compartments, even upon along the way those who were getting off would be told to open and remove their luggage.
We left Matatiele at 19:30 and arrived at 9:30 am at Johannesburg. On top of that the bus didn't enter the terminal instead we were dropped off outside along the road.
This was the most horrible trip I've ever experienced.
