I was very disappointed with Intercape. Firstly the bus arrived 2 and 20 minutes after departure time, nothing was communicated. And secondly the driver refused for me to enter in the bus to Durban mentioning that my name doesn’t appear on the list of people that should be picked up at the my departure spot. I had to call the call centre for assistance and the bus had to come back and fetch me. Terribly experience, ended up being late for all my appointments done in Durban.
The bus was delayed by an hour and I ended up arriving in Durban after 6 instead of 16:30
Intercape bus services have been really great in the past 3 months, bus on time, friendly staff. I was disappointed today bus was late and nil updates regarding delay. Please inform passengers if the bus is delayed than having passengers left wondering if bus is coming or not

The bus never arrived at Montrose Shell to pick me up. I had to make alternative arrangements as I am catching a flight from Ushaka to Cape Town at 5.30
