Great, the bus was very clean and very safe. The driver was very polite and never put us in danger. Only thing, we didn’t have WiFi but everything else was perfect.

The bus ride was fine. I was surprised by how well the roads were this trip. It has not been very smooth in the past. Plan on arrival being delayed a bit. Traffic coming into Rio was a mess. A lot of cars and semis. The two places we stopped for breakfast and then lunch were wonderful. I would do this trip again in a heartbeat.

The bus had to be replaced in the night due to some malfunction and the new bus did not have the same leg space as earlier. I felt cramped. According to old reviews, this sort of incident has happened in the past too. I would be 50/50 about this bus service for the future.
