The route between Heathrow and Trowbridge (stopping at Devizes) is extremely useful to those of us living in Devizes. The driver couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. It's unfortunate that tonight's service was late arriving, but that was no fault of National Express - there had been a broken down bus blocking Heathrow bus station.
