Driver did not speak clearly v hard to understand, asking another driver from another bus about print outs on his tacho also reluctant to lift luggage and one chap went to leg instead of gettingbb by off at Heathrow probably because he couldn’t understand driver unless not trained well
Staff member was pleasant and did his very best to load all the luggage and get the people waiting onto the bus as quickly as poss. The lateness was not a reflection on the drivers ability as he went as quickly as poss. I would not use this service again, as I just took too long
I missed the bus because I was unable to work out where it left from. I arrived at Heathrow on time but the ticket said ‘Terminals 1-3 Inner Ring W’ and the taxi driver had no idea where this was and wasn’t allowed to drive into the Central Bus Station. The airport staff didn’t know where this was either so by the time I made it to the bus station itself I had missed the bus. I would really recommend that, if the bus leaves from the bus station, that the ticket says that as ‘Terminals 1-3’ is very ambiguous.
We arrived at Gatwick Airport from Heathrow an amazing 55mins ahead of schedule. Fortunately there was very little traffic due to the early morning departure but very pleased with the speedy service.
The whole journey was fraught with delays, however the National Express staff were brilliant in solving the problem and dealing with reconnections etc.
All ok, just one remark: I arrived in London one day earlier than I was planning, I had to pay £30 to change the trip to a day earlier, I consider this amount way too excessive, This is make me think that next time I would rather leave it to when I arrive and buy tickets at the National Express central
The service is very good regarding time. I also have to say the drivers have been very helpful and informative. I will use this service in the future and recommend it.
This was the first time I have used the link between Heathrow and Gatwick. I found the service in time and the drivers were very helpful polite and informative. To the point I use this service again on Sunday. Great service much appreciated
The driver was friendly, professional and helpful. His driving style very safe and pleasant. Exactly on time.Bus comfortable and clean. Facilities get a slightly negative on level of cleanliness.
Good Service but could have been better if there would be designated staff to guide customers as it could have been better experience to wait at the right area/platform
We caught the bus, which was 1/2 hr late. There was no warning of this on the information board. Even when it did turn up the info board did not say so. We might have missed it if we had not seen it arrive. We tried to catch an earlier bus but the driver drove off refusing to let us on. Staff were unhelpful. If our time had been tight it would have been a disaster. NE could do a lot better. Also the printer info was confusing. It indicated we could catch the bus at T2 or T3 when in fact it only stopped at T4 T5.
