The bus driver left early and I missed my 9.05 bus and had to rebook then the 10am bus driver accidentally loaded one of my luggage while I was waiting at the bus stop and I have yet to receive my luggage and I had to spend agai to book my ticket

We could not understand the driver. We could only understand "cardiff" and "city centre" but then he stopped at the university and made everyone get off. He seemed annoyed and did not stop where we were supposed to.
I thought the trip was good but at the bus station in Heathrow T3 the board advised to wait in lounge until 1min before bus was due to leave. Then it switched to go to platform 9. I walked down there straight away and the bus was pulling out. The driver said my seat was probably free but if it's not then kick them out. It wasn't free so I just sat elsewhere.
The bus was late 1h and the driver didn't wait 1 minute just arriving to get in just because he was ready to go he said no just drived off really unhappy never gonna travel again on megabus i have to get a different bus to bristol after buy another ticket to cardiff i suppose to arrive Cardiff 4pm just arrived at 7pm
