The bus had a leakage... the sunroofs were not closing causing cold and water drops when raining. In previous trips it was ok but this one was the worse. We took around 3 hours at the border
Had a great journey bus engine had a very comfortable sound, the tyres were also sounding comfortable on the surface, did like the frangrance they use for their bus rest room that’s all, but overall very good condition
Na ida a Johannesburg o ar condicionado nao funcionou bem. E devia ter opcoes para escolha de acento durante a compra das passagens, para permitir que passageiros que viajam juntos sentem lado a lado.
The bus travelled Ok, However the drivers stopped at some gas station for the staff to buy their personal items without communication to the passengers. He also dropped a passenger at a dangerous curve after Mbombela.
The bus was overbooked. Had to wait for another bus for 6hrs. Driver very rude and couldn’t even consider a request to lower the volume so we can sleep
I booked a 10 pm bus but when i got there, we were told that the bus is still on its way so we had to sleep on cold chairs the entire night, the bus left at 5 am. Worse they were communicating in a language that I couldn't even hear and understand
Unfortunately the arrival time is always not in the hands/controlled by the driver as sometimes the road does get too busy with traffic and that could impact on the arrival time and I think that is a common practice in any driver.
Intercape need to standardized the bus, the bus that opperate in Mozambique has different conditions, seats, Ac and sometimes Higyene.
Why the company diffentiate the cars, I'm comparing buses that go to Capetown and busses that goes to Moz we are all costumers and deserve the best regardless of the country
Everything was alright but the staff was quite rude to be honest and the stops at the stations were extremely long and they didn’t even allows us to get off the bus to use the toilet or get snacks which I found strange.
The bus being late wasn't intercape's fort it was the Mozambiquan boarder, they have a bad case of system connectivity it's never stable always done. I want to tell people who wish to go and get their visas at that boarder to always consider having cash on them instead of electronic payments because that boarder has no working card machine.
We had an issue because we didn’t know that Covid test shouldn’t be on pdf. The driver said he will sort it out on the boarder and refused that we print 1 copy when we arrived asked he said we must give him R400 so he can go and print which we denied.
The driver did not give any info as to where we are or if we are having a break or drop off. The time we went to public toilets we were not at all aware until we saw people going to the toilet. No info such that we went off on the wrong stop. Our overall experience was not bad, it was horrible.
