Everything was alright but the staff was quite rude to be honest and the stops at the stations were extremely long and they didn’t even allows us to get off the bus to use the toilet or get snacks which I found strange.
The bus being late wasn't intercape's fort it was the Mozambiquan boarder, they have a bad case of system connectivity it's never stable always done. I want to tell people who wish to go and get their visas at that boarder to always consider having cash on them instead of electronic payments because that boarder has no working card machine.
We had an issue because we didn’t know that Covid test shouldn’t be on pdf. The driver said he will sort it out on the boarder and refused that we print 1 copy when we arrived asked he said we must give him R400 so he can go and print which we denied.
The driver did not give any info as to where we are or if we are having a break or drop off. The time we went to public toilets we were not at all aware until we saw people going to the toilet. No info such that we went off on the wrong stop. Our overall experience was not bad, it was horrible.
When a bus crosses borders it would be nice if the staff ciuld explain exactly what people should do,where they should go and where they should wait for the bus to pick them up
I had a very serious incident while travelling with intercape. After the crossing borders the staff didnt allow me to enter the bus because i was late into customs. I explained to him that it was not me but the customs staff who delayed me but he was keeping me for 15 minutes outside the bus while he was shouting at me in front of the people. I never experienced in my life such a behavour against me. It is not tolerant. He open the door when i called a police officer to come and help with the situation.
While I was waiting for my visa to get solved at thr border of Mozambique, the bus already drove away! He didn't checked if we were already in the bus. My boyfriend had to run after the bus to make it stop and tell the driver he had to wait. Than the driver told him he only wanted to wait 5 more minutes, that's wrong!
I l'île thé company. Unfirtunately, while at immigration getting m'y passport stamped, thé driver went with thé bus leaving m'y collègue Kitoko ans myself at thé boaders. Bus 155 left us. I am glad m'y embassy was able to go cet pour lagguage. I am wondering how we will ne treated on 28 Oct. Sorry for saying this openly. Regards. Bavon
