I would not travel with them again, the lavatory smelt really awful the entire journey
Must have host telling us the happening
I wouldn’t use it again
Why dont they serve snacks on the bus?
Competent staff, bus left on time, however the lavatory was filthy.
I was not happy with the toilet .It did not flush by the time we got to the border gate it had a bad smell.
It's a pleasure to travel in that environment with intercape
Everything was perfect
My preferred coach. Never lets me down. Very reliable.

It was a good trip overall
It was fine, Moz border staff are always tough, but not your fault
I always use intercape buses
Good bus, quite comfortable, toilet clean and easy to use but no paper.
Amazing service with Christ-centered movies make this an easy 10/10!!!
Departure time was supposed to be 7:30 but it was 10:00
The driver tried his level best to catch up on lost time. I was pleased with his service and mannerism.
The crew members were very professional, attentive and helpful. Overall the quality of service and the comfort in the bus was good.
When a bus crosses borders it would be nice if the staff ciuld explain exactly what people should do,where they should go and where they should wait for the bus to pick them up
I had a very serious incident while travelling with intercape. After the crossing borders the staff didnt allow me to enter the bus because i was late into customs. I explained to him that it was not me but the customs staff who delayed me but he was keeping me for 15 minutes outside the bus while he was shouting at me in front of the people. I never experienced in my life such a behavour against me. It is not tolerant. He open the door when i called a police officer to come and help with the situation.
Very helpful and friendly staff. easy booking on line. Bus always on time.
you can not choose your seat in advance. They do not inform the stops in advance
While I was waiting for my visa to get solved at thr border of Mozambique, the bus already drove away! He didn't checked if we were already in the bus. My boyfriend had to run after the bus to make it stop and tell the driver he had to wait. Than the driver told him he only wanted to wait 5 more minutes, that's wrong!
I l'île thé company. Unfirtunately, while at immigration getting m'y passport stamped, thé driver went with thé bus leaving m'y collègue Kitoko ans myself at thé boaders. Bus 155 left us. I am glad m'y embassy was able to go cet pour lagguage. I am wondering how we will ne treated on 28 Oct. Sorry for saying this openly. Regards. Bavon
The bus arrived 3 hours late for no apparent reason, waiting 30 mins at drop off points although passengers had finished getting off after 5 mins. Bus already arrived 1 hour late and there was no attempt to keep the delay within reason. I was screamed at to literally run at the border in order not to delay the bus. I got my visa faster than the bus drivers took to come back from their break when everyone was already waiting to get back on the bus.
