What was promised wasn't delivered. The usb ports weren't working , the trip took longer than anticipated, the seats wouldn't recline, the tv's weren't on. The trip overall was unpleasant
As travellers on ilulaBus, we were kept waiting for almost 3 hours before the bus took off. As such, one was late by 3 hours. I personally was attending a funeral in East London the next day, the church service started at 7.00am
The bus was upto Standard, the only problem is the pickup time and also we waited for an hour at the gas station that made us late to get to our distinctions
Its was horrible the bus was full and no one telling us whats the way forward got ,transferred to intercity where we had to fight to get in with the child and bus arrived in Eastlond @ 12 its not far
The bus was outside park Station in JHB so that's very unsafe..when entering the bus the people selling flooded the bus and there's no space to move...The driver was great...Would be nice to have toilets inside as well or more stops...The overall experience is a 3/5 ...Would I recommend it in future? Yes..considering that is it cheap and the driver drove well
I enjoyed nothing on that trip Vilamora is the worst bus to ever exist, first of all it came an hour late it smells horrible and is very dirty and it took us more than the estimated number of hours to reach our destination
The staff service is bad the treatment with one of the staff was terrible , the hygiene of the bus is not the best lastly one thing I was not impressed by we only had two stops to refresh
No information of spot where I’ll catch the bus, bus not time and no explanation, negative approach by drivers in terms of communication, made to pay extra cash for a less than 10kg bag. Journey was bad
Neat, good drivers, hated their Polce attitude. No water in the rest toilet or soap. No intercom so we knew where we were and if we could get off and have a break or not. Some of us are serious smokers. Very organized Check-in, fast and furious including the weigh-in. The platform did not show at gate 8 the relevant numbers on the board, everyone was very professional until it came to the attitude of the drivers. I threatened to call the police and tried to hail them to complain about his absolute nastiness. Just the one, the taller of the tow, being 1st driver. They didn't remind us some had to take the smaller bus from KWT, we were sleeping and I very nearly missed it.
Worst bus service ever. Never arrived at all. All passengers had to wait on the outside in the dangerous streets of Johannesburg. I never got my money and I want it immediately.
The car broke down before it eveb began with the destination, a technician was called who then arrived after 1 hour 30 minutes. He fixed the car however it broke down again in Kroonstad we waited for another 2 hours for a technician to fix the car. The car was finally replaced in Bloemfontein, I was supposed to have arrived at 07:00am but inside I arrived at 12:00pm.
The bus pick up as very late 0:00 in the mornings Thursday instead of 18:45 Wednesday.as results arriving late at East London at 14:10 am not happy at all about that because I didn’t not go to work because of bus
