It was my very first time using intercape but we received poor service, firstly the bus was broken right at the park station, it was suppose to depart at 17h30 yet we left at 21h31. They even promised us about another bus to come and rescue the situation and never did, infact they lied to our faces. One thing good out of all bad service they rendered is on administrative part because they quickly manage to change time for so that I can catch next following bus while I was late for the initial booking at a high penalty charges.
