Apart from it being late and the charger ports not working. I'm happy with the trip
It is the best bus ride I ever had. To and back.
Best bus to board
Was very disappointed from the time I arrived at park station, it was chaotic and disorderly no proper queue people all over each and then in potchefstroom we had 2 wait over 2hrs for another bus because the initial bus we boarded had problems
Please change service provider coming to fixing your busses
The bus was late and no notification
I will definitely travel with it again and recommend it to other people
Only one break driver very unreasonable and abrupt. Service not good no sanitised no toilet roll and not enough time to smoke.
I missed the 13h00 bus and had to buy another ticket for the 18h15 bus. Can't the fare for the missed bus be transferred, why do I have to pay twice?
the time it takes for a distance of 400km and 8 hours is too long
Staff could have communicated better.
Very impressed with the service and the bus itself. Only one thing is that the seats should also be pre-booked as some of the passengers are very inconsiderate. Everything else is number one
It’s was clean and the drive was smooth.
Royal treatment more like a limousine than a bus, aircon, tv, toilet, reclining seats, the best way to travel long distances. I loved it...
Very much happy
I really enjoyed traveling with citiliner. The drivers were professional. The only problem was that the seats when reclined the person at the back cannot sit comfortably.
I was informed that the bus schedule has been delayed by 90min however the delay didn’t affect my trip. The staff were so friendly and they really know how to care for the clients. I would rate them 10/10
I'd suggest that they Fumigate their busses(cochroches) but other than that, it was ok...
Some of the charging ports are not functioning
The bus is always late. The 1h30 am bus from Kimberley to Johannesburg was late and no alert was send. No litter bags were provided.
Good quality bus. One travels in style with Greyhound. I love it. I would definitely advise anyone else to travel Greyhound style because they are ensured optimum comfort and safe arrival. In a word, amazing😊
Very good and affordable, charging ports were not working
The staff is good
