Bus Tickets from Kingston to Bayshore Shopping Centre

Was good however I was not updated on the postponed time, no email or text. I could have left because I thought the bus left without me but luckily I still caught it a half hour later.

The bus was delayed 2 hours and once we arrived it was delayed another 2 hours with out any emails notifying us.

I was notified in the morning that my bus arriving around 1 would be 15 minutes late. Little did I know that meant 50 minutes late. No other notifications were sent my way. I was also told. Would have wifi and an outlet on the bus, which I did not have. The bus driver was very nice and the drive itself was fine, but the fact that I could not track the bus ahead of time, I wasn’t properly notified about how late the bus would be, and that I paid for certain things that were not even present on the bus was frustrating.

The driver was on time and communicated well. The 2 star rating is given as there the air conditioning in the vehicle did not work and it was a very hot day. I sat i the back and felt nauseous the whole time.

First time booking this service. Surprised that it was not a bus but a shuttle (not too bad but would have liked to know ahead of time). It arrived late and had to call for location as instructions were not correct.

The bus was late for 30 min. I had to waited for it in freezing wind for such a long time. I was informed about the delay by text, but it didn't show who texted me.

This will be my worst experience ever to book maple service. I’m waiting at the pick up location from 6:40pm for a bus that’s scheduled to arrive at 7:00pm. I waited further till 7:15 and then called your customer service number where the woman speaking will disconnect the call for any basic question. I called back and she told me that the driver has left after waiting for me. I’m sure the bus didn’t come to pick up location. This is ridiculous.

It was a very smooth trip. The environment was very quiet and the van was very clean. I assumed a bus would show up but it was more like a van. At first I was surprised and alittle scared but once I hopped on, it was very nice. Around 12 seats and it was more like a Uber or Lyft experience feeling.
