I didn't like at all their service, they didn't care about the people, and didn't ofer answer regarding the bus. The bus ended up late for 2:30 hour!! And they didn't tell us anything, addition to that, me and 2 other girls where told to get off the bus because there is no space. Unacceptable! Than i was told there is other company who can take me now but it was a lie. I had to wait another 1:30 hour. Not going to take that company again!
Quick journey, seats were comfortable but no seatbelts available on some seats which I would say is fairly important given the speed at which these drivers drive & conditions of the road. Departed on time & arrived early. Swift booking process and at the terminal it was pretty straight forward too.
Drivers listen to loud music all night, impossible to catch sleep in the front seats, i.e 3 and 4. Less leg room in front seats. It’s outrageous that tickets for the front seats cost the same as elsewhere on the bus.
it is very dangerous that these bus drives let random people on the bus to sell chips and sodas because ny phone and someones wallet was stolen by one of them! This is a company that lets anybody on the bus and lets them jump back out ??? Never again will i put myseñf in that dangerous situation
It was very cold on the bus with the air conditioning. Several passengers and I asked the bus driver to turn down the air and he said that it is automatically controlled and he had no power to change the settings. We could not sleep during the 10-hour ride due to the coldness.

Bus got into Medellin over an hour late. The ticket said that it would arrive at Medellin Norte but it went to Sud. The films that were on throughout the trip were way too loud and I struggled to sleep.
