Bus from Niagara Falls, CA to Toronto: Tickets & Timetables

Lots of time changes culminating in the bus being cancelled by FlixBus after we were already at the bus terminal. The alternative offered was too close to our connecting flight so we had to share an Uber at significantly extra cost.

The price was a little high and changed very quickly online. The guidalines for accessing the bus were inaccurate. The trip to Niagara Falls was slow because of the long waits at the stops.

Horrible the bus was at a completely different location the direction wasn’t clear and also it had no stop no signal no sign completely in dark isolated random area. I had a horrible experience booking this. Worst service.

Loved that this bus was on time and arrived on time. Didn’t like the unfriendly bus driver

Our driver was welcoming and professional. We arrived on time after a pretty comfortable ride.

On May 27, Megabus repeatedly cancelled our scheduled transportation without providing any viable alternative or assistance: ​The 3:00 PM bus was cancelled and we were moved to 5:00 PM. ​The 5:00 PM bus was also cancelled, with promises for a 6:00 PM alternative. ​Ultimately, all subsequent buses were cancelled, leaving us entirely stranded without the transport we paid for. ​This level of service is absolutely unacceptable. Megabus failed to fulfill their contractual obligation and failed to provide basic substitute transportation for the cancelled routes.

I was kept up to date with the schedule and vehicle availability. In the absence f the bus, they sent s Suburban to Niagara to ferry us to Toronto. Shawn, the driver, was courteous, professional and competent as all around

On time. Minibus with 10 seats. Driver not very friendly, he didn’t help people load cases.

I was pleasantly surprised that the driver was already on site waiting for passengers (albeit earlier than the scheduled timing). Upon asking is this the ride, the driver flashed a warm smile and confirmed my trip based on passenger manifest.

The bus was very late, we waited 1 hours at bus station. We decided to buy a new ticket for new bus company because the bus not arrived.

The bus was 1 hour late and bus driver didn’t even acknowledge or apologise. We would never book with Trailways again.

Bus was running 2 hours behind

We purchased tickets that was meant to be direct to Toronto & 2 hours. Instead it took 4 hours, a slow train, a bus transfer & another train transfer.

On time, clean, quiet such a pleas trip.

Driver was nice. Comfortable ride and on time. But confusing where we’re going to get the bus, no sign at all it’s just Flix bus sign. Stressful and confusing.

Really good. Would have been nice to know exactly where we were going to be dropped off

The only thing I did not enjoy was the lack of signage. We had a hard time figuring out if we were at the right place to catch the bus.
