The bus smelled horrible and moldy. The other passengers were listening to things without headphones and on speakerphone voice calls the whole trip, driver wouldn't help. The driver drove aggressively in the city and honked a TON.
Thanks for everything. It was a great roadtrip.
Service was good and timely.
Bus was good comfortable and staff behavior was good, started little late but reached early to Toronto. It would have better if there was a good location tracking

It was okay, but it smelled like pee
The only bad thing I have to say is waiting in line at Niagara Falls Bus Terminal is a pain and not a convenience, crowed & it takes to much time, the ticket should be on your Email already.
Bad service and bad people
No wifi, bus was dirty
They were late by an hour. No one informed me. Also, I almost missed my international flight because of this delay.
