We arrived with 5 people at exactly(!) 09.00 am and saw the GoBus leave in front of our eyes to Boston. So we were forced to book a next drive to Boston to arrive in time to Logan Airport. We'll managed, but the driver could have checked that he missed 5 people at 8.59 am.
It would be nice if GoBus give a reaction on this.

Bus ended up being 2 hours late. Neither customer support nor on site personnel had any visibility on the status of the missing bus. Waited in a Manhattan parking lot in the sun without access to food or restrooms, and couldn't leave because no one knew when the bus would arrive. Was told by customer service that it was against "policy" to contact the driver / operator of the missing bus.
The journey itself was fine. My scheduled bud was firstly delayed and then subsequently cancelled. We got put onto another bus 4 hours after our first scheduled departure time.
Wifi was advertised but not offered. Even though there was a connection accessible on the bus, the driver said that passengers could not access it. I was unable to do my work as a result.
What I enjoyed: Bus clean, restrooms clean, good driver, the bus was on time.
What I didn't enjoy: If I need more informations I want someone who can inform me better
The only positive for my trip was that the seats were comfortable. We were delayed starting out from the New York City Port Authority by close to 25 minutes. The bus driver got lost when we were nearing the first stop to drop people off. Then he got lost near the second stop as well. It was evident that he didn’t know where he was going and we went way out away from the desired location. He cut many corners very close, drove over curb corners, and got entirely too close to some cars when he was turning on unfamiliar streets. All in all, we ended up arriving over 2 hours late to the Boston South Station. I’m sure this is not typical of the bus company. However, there was definitely something going on. Was he new? Was it an unfamiliar route for him? We don’t know. But I strongly suggest the bus company look into the driver, route, and what happened for the 3:30 pm bus from NYC Port Authority to Boston South Station (Bus #US0230) on 7/7/23.
The ride was nice. Reach my destination earlier than expected. However, the bus was leaking and some passengers had to move. Luckily there were available seats.
It was very convenient and the driver was excellent. However their is no signage at the GWB stop and it was hard to know where to go. Also the Wifi is a bit sketchy, otherwise all went well!
The bus wasn't super clean, just passable. Otherwise, all was okay, until we were about 10 minutes from the Boston terminal, when there was engine trouble. The driver pulled over, got out, went to the rear of the bus, and did something. When he came back, he started the bus, and we continued for a few minutes, but then had to stop again. After a couple of tries, the bus was able to manage to get us to the station. Probably about 15 minutes later than it would have been without the breakdown.
A sign of ourbus at departure point will be highly appreciated by non-American ,description of 42nd and 9 avenue at T&D bank side difficult to find the exact position.
Great service, clean comfortable bus. Due to road closures bus had to deviate from its designated route. We were not advised of this by driver. Road conditions were poor though, so we were happy to arrive safely at the other end.
Very disorganized and unreliable, waited outside in the cold with no guarantee/update for when the bus would arrive. Will not be using this service again.
the bus driver was super rude. I am 8 month pregnant and have swollen feet, lengs and ankles, and therefore I need to lift my feet up when I sit. My friend generously let me rest my legs on top of hers during the ride, because I was in pain, but the driver yelled at me and told me to keep my feet down, even though he obviously knew I am pregnant because my belly is huge. When I got off the bus, my feet were so swollen that my shoes did not fit and I had to walk shoeless and in severe pain. He also yelled at me and my friend for talking when we weren’t even speaking loudly. He was clearly misogynistic and I felt uncomfortable and discriminated against in my most vulnerable moment.
Bus was cancelled without any warning. Had to find out from people in line. Had to rebook a ticket, and by the time I did, I could only leave the next day.
Absolutely horrible service. Waited for 1 hour in the station and it never arrived. No message or email. There was a link to track whether that bus was in time or not. It showed all in time upto 1 hour. Then it says cancelled without any warning or explanation. We tried to call, no one available in the customer service. And certainly there was no physical person in the station to update. Worst bus service ever.
The bus still arrived in Boston on time! Actually 15 mins. Early and the bus was only going the speed limit. But there was less traffic than I expected once out of downtown NY.
