They played the movie at full volume and brightness until the middle of the night so I couldn't sleep. The bathroom was broken, and whenever someone accidentally opened the door, a strong, bad smell filled the bus. The chair wasn't able to fold back, and there was no sign for charging outlets as advertised.

didnt enjoy anything ! the travel said no stops and it stoped many times . 2 hours late with no excuses from no one . toilet was overflowing and it smelled disgusting. and the driver was super rude

Unfortunately I arrived to the station 30 minutes early. There were 2 buses waiting so I went and asked someone who worked at ADO if the one bus was the correct one. They told me it was not my bus. I watched it leave and when I went to check when the bus was coming I was yelled at for missing the bus. They made me buy a completely new ticket.
