Overall it was a good trip. Bit later then expexted, but that’s not a problem. The drivers did a good job! Just one complaint: why is it so cold in the bus during the night? A few degrees celsius warmer would be nice! One remark: in bus 7654 are the usb connections from seat 11 and 12 broke
Bus was fine. As always movie volume way to loud but that’s with everyone. However are Bus was an hour late and we arrived at our destination 4hrs late. Pretty unfortunate because we only have one day to see this city.
The bus was very comfortable and clean but a little too cold.
Sadly it wasn't easy to sleep because the radio ran during the whole night. Our bus arrived more than 3 hour too late in Medellin, which got us in trouble.
Also the toilet wasn't really working :/
A good thing were the little breaks during the journey.
The bus seemed old.. the seats worn out.
Everytime the bus had to go around a sharp turn, condensation from the airconditioning poured out of the ceiling on me. There were many many sharp curves between barranquilla and medellin so this was happening all night. I got soaked and the bus was full so i could move seats.
We also were 2 hrs late arriving at the terminal
Although the staff at the main terminal and the first bus driver were excellent, the arrival time of the bus was an hour and a half over the stated arrival time. The air conditioning on the bus made the ride incredibly uncomfortable and despite myself and other passengers making this known to the driver, nothing was done. No stops were made for dinner on a eighteen hour journey and we still arrived late. I will not use this company again unfortunately.
Bus was three hours late, making it a twenty hour journey. No explanation given as why we were late at any of the stops we made. Food service was a joke I thought since we were leaving at 5pm that there might be a dinner service but all we got was crackers and a tiny juice. There was a very quick stop at another terminal but it was too short to get a meal.
