Bus was on time and all, but the driver was very condescending, almost rude. Also should be a rule that doesn’t allow intoxicated people in the bus, as the whole way I was expecting this man to just have a go at someone. Not my best ride.
When I purchased the ticket online I chose the option to have it printed at the terminal. Upon arriving at Yorkdale Station, there were absolutely no Greyhound staff there, and the other staff from other companies were confused and unable to help. Finally someone pointed me to a terminal and said that sometimes Greyhound buses come there but they did not have access to schedule or know for sure because they didn’t work for Greyhound. At this point, I still had no printed ticket. I waited and there was no bus. I then found a way to track the Greyhound buses online and it was 30 minutes late, I continued to track the buses and the delay time kept increasing. I was not even sure if the bus was even going to come at all or if I was even in the right spot. When the predicted delay time online increased to 49 minutes, late I decided to leave. The whole process was confusing and stressful and I ended up leaving and paying for an alternative way to Barrie because I was going to be late for something important.
