The computer system was down at the terminal but I could board the bus with just phone confirmation that I had bought my ticket. No problems.
Always so easy and convenient
Pleasant staff, driver, on time. Good experience
The bus actually arrived in Waterloo forty minutes earlier than scheduled.
Good service, not very enthusiastic staff
Was not happy with the 30 min Late departure
The equipment of all of your buses is old, and uncomfortable like seats, heating and. ... .
Says it will take 2 hr to get there but it took 3 hr
It was a great experience traveling with Greyhound
A comfortable and affordable ride.
Nice staff. The older lady with the blonde hair driving the Friday morning bus to Waterloo is so sweet and friendly!
Bus was late, standing in the dirty bus depot for an hour. No communication from staff. Not happy and will find other travel options in the future. At least come out and communicate with the huge line of people waiting for an hour.
Bus was nicer than others but would be better with cupholders, netting on the seatbacks, fold up trays, and power/USB outlets. WiFi would be a plus, too.
Really lovely experience and great driver
It was late but very inexpensive and convenient. Driver was very helpful/
Fine - but Wifi not working!
The seat is ok
I could not locate the bus.
I missed the bus as it left early
Overall I like it. But they can definitely improve
As i said before in the suggestion email service and the app is super cool except for the printed ticket requirement, which sometimes becomes a paperful nuisance in a paperless world :(
Excellent service, the early arrival helped a lot!
Better the driver let us know the name of each stop so that we can know when we off the bus
Thanks for an easy commute!
Driver got lost . Customers helped her get to most of the bus stops . Please make sure drivers know where they are going and not waste time. 2h late without traffic
Overall, the ride and the booking experience was great!!
As the first experience with Greyhound it was awful to wait for 1 hr for the bus while we were standing all the time, and there were nobody to give us a reasonable explanation for this delay!
Bus smelt like pee for entire 2.5h ride, and I was sitting closer to the front. Very disturbing.
