Greyhound Ann Arbor Toronto recent customer reviews
Greyhound has severe organisational challenges! I was supposed to have an eight hour trip to Toronto. But Greyhound rescheduled it, so it took nearly 11 hours. Too long time! But the bus driver was very considerate and responsible! She was fantastict!!
12:40 bus arrived at 1:20 but then made it to Detroit quickly. While waiting at Ann Arbor a group of 6 displaced passengers had to charter an Uber after two early morning buses were overbooked. They could not be accommodated by bus or train. I arrived earlier in Toronto due to helpful drivers and serendipity. Confusing experience overall as so many missed connections. Bad planning
Absolutely trash, 3 hour delay of first bus caused us to nearly miss our transfer as the staff did not know that we had to transfer and was not able to update us with information through the system. We are yet to be compensated for our uber to catch our connecting bus.
