Excellent. I think our bus driver's name was Andrew, and he was very friendly and professional. I liked that the bus was spacious and well ventilated. I'm glad I went with Skylynx.
Your bus driver was so tired that he almost sleep couple times on road ... He wasn't able drive safe ... He was not even able to stay with bus in his line. Not professional and not safe at all ...some passengers also took video of him
The service was great, I was just not impressed with the quality of the bus itself. The seats were smelly and old, and we didnt get to watch any movie during the drive.
There was no WiFi though the sign at the depot said there would be. Also no air came out of the vents and i couldn’t turn on a light to read. The seatbelts were at s really awkward height that was super uncomfortable on my neck. The seats didn’t recline at all. Overall it was not good.
The bus was late, and no driver could be found. Was finally given an update almost 2hrs later that the trip had been cancelled. Very unprofessional service that did not have contingency plans in place; some customers were stranded with no other options. I quickly went to get a refund on 6 tickets purchased and I am still waiting for the refund to show up on my method of payment (4 business days and counting...). This has coloured my view of greyhound, and I will not choose to use this service again. I will be spreading the word to all I know of my experience - hopefully management takes heed of this and does a thorough review of how this situation could have been avoided. I give props to the coordinator who kept trying to get updates from dispatch, while taking the brunt of customers' (understandably legit!) frustration. If I was that coordinator working that evening, I would hand in my resignation right after my shift ended if not the next day - you couldn't possible be paid enough to deal with being blamed for something that wasn't your fault, AND realizing that the entire situation is due to the incompetency of management's ability to invest in processes to prevent further inconveniences to customers AND employees. To call it disappointing is being me being polite.
Staff at the terminal were friendly, thr bus was delayed for an hour for no real reason, my reserved seat was blocked by the driver. The driver did not stop at the destination we had requested on the way there but said he could only do so on the way back which would have increased the journey immensely already considering the delay. The driver was rude to other passengers threatening to spit gum at a passenger who had just got off.
