The address for the bus stop in the email confirmation was not the address for the Ado bus station in Bacalar. We had to run for 20 minutes on foot to catch the bus due to this error. Additionally, the lady at Cancun airport who escorted us off the bus scanned me for $50 USD claiming it was the only way to get me to terminal 4 by putting me on a taxi and taking my cash. I was not awake enough to fight and I don’t speak Spanish.
