My one criticism would be it doesn’t say on the ticket exactly where to wait for the bus at the big bus stop at the terminal. But The driver was very kind and came around for me so I didn’t miss it. I really appreciate that.

I was very impressed to see my booking on the driver's list, especially when I had only booked the previous evening, The coach was comfortable and the times of departure from Terminal 4 and arrival at Salamanca kept very closely to the scheduled times.
Bus driver was so patient with me while was waiting for my e-ticket to download. He even put my luggage in the bus' storage area himself.
He is well recommended as a driver.
Everything was good, it was a very good and fast bus ride to Salamanca; only it was difficult to find the location from which the bus was leaving on the airport, from Terminal 4. There was no indacation.
I booked Madrid Airport to Salamanca. At no point was I advised to indicate which terminal. Turns out i booked from Terminal 2 but was actually at terminal 1. The driver would not accept our booking. Could have asked for additional money for extra stop but then drove to terminal 2 to pick up passengers from which he did not accept our booking and made us pay again. This is completely unacceptable.
Really nice coach journey with air-conditioning. No toilet, however, the driver did do a 10 minute stop for people to use the services half way through the journey!
