My complaint was that there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and the bathroom was disgusting- I 'm not going to go into detail.
I mentioned the paper to the driver, and he said there should be more up in the cabinet. I tried, it was locked. It should have been cleaned before my trip
The driver was very kind and a good driver. However, the actual bus itself was old and very noisy. It felt at times like it was going to fall apart. I was relieved when we reached NYC without a major mechanical incident. I am no mechanic, but it seems to me that that bus needs to be taken out of service or renovated in some way. Also, the floors were filthy. I expected better from Greyhound!
The driver was courteous and I was impressed with his driving. I believe he stayed within the speed limit the whole time and the traffic and rain did not seem to phase him.
If I need to take a bus again I will use Ourbus.
I was told the bus was going to be 2 hours late when I went to pick up my ticket from the counter. It would have been nice to have received an email as soon as it became evident the bus wasn't going to be in schedule
