I booked a ticket from Birmingham airport to Oxford. There was nothing on the ticket or any information I received to say that the bus to Oxford would be going to Gatwick and would only show Gatwick as the destination. There was no information at the bus stop either to indicate the bus routes. Hence I missed my bus entirely and there was no later one that I could take.

There wasn’t any where for the coach to stop except on the road as private taxis were in the bus stance but the driver apologised and the rest of the journey went well
