Terrible. My bus broke down, no announcements were made, my connecting bus was late buy over 2 hours and I have to buy a train ticket to Niagara just to cross the border into Canada - to then take a bus and train into Toronto. It was a nightmare.

I understand a different kind of the problem. But nobody let us know what is going on. There was few disabled people staying in the line. Everybody was exhausted. Not nice!
