Service was great. The driver wasn't clear on what to do for my connecting bus. Told me to stay on the bus. (Said the same to others) Wew driver came, I was told that I had to get off. Which is ok as there was lots of time but otherwise would have given 5 stars.

I just wish the schedules worked better. I was stuck in Buffalo for 4.5 hours...it just makes it harder to go with the bus at all. But everyone was nice

Very efficient and on time. The only problem was the early morning baggage tag queue which not only serves at a tag for the baggage , it also issues tickets which kind of makes the process bit slow.
