Punctual and courteous May minimise the layover at London
It’s the best!
The Toronto station that was given to me was WRONG, causing be to very very nearly miss the bus.
Driver's nature is very good , excellent time management but little problem in wi fi speed.
Needs assigned seating. Too many people willing to fight over seats.
None of the greyhound bus drivers i had for my bus and the ones i meant at the platform were courteous. If i have a choice i would avoid greyhound totally.
Extremely rude staff. Late arrival.
Bus broke down and was theee hours late. Staff did not know what time so just had to sit there. Washroom was filthy and disgusting
Not there fualt traffic was heavy. First driver was good shift change to second driver wasn't impressed with how thing were dealt with.
Th reservation was made on line with no problems. The bus was on time departing and arriving. The driver explained to us what to do at the border. The bus was clean and a comfortable temperature.
It was an amazing way to travel EVERYTING was perfect except Border inspection which seemed very aggressive with everyone not greyhounds fault. Loved the designated colored seating for each destination. So many people have terrible ideas about the service preconceived it’s really been a treat
Every thing is good
Bus was too late for departure from Toronto and arrival at detroit. Driver was driving too slow in clear atmosphere.
Internet did not work
On time and comfortable bus. Corteous and safe drivers. Information servicesat the station in Detroit could have been more informative and ubderstanding of the needs of a person not familiar withvyhe city.
Staff 100 % Bus has broke down on the US/CAN border and was late for +2 hours
We r seniors. In the way between london and Detroit the bus was broken and we wait almost 3 hours until another bus come to take all the people. We stay outside the bus no seat in the broken bus was hot. The driver said the new bus will come emidiatly and nothing. We were very upset. We late to a meetingand this was terible.
Very poor and they have charged me double accidently
Great, border issue but not drivers fault
The bus was clean but our bus driver made an unplanned stop at Tim Hortons that made our bus even more delayed.
Had a great trip
It was a quick trip and arrived on time. I’ll be traveling with Greyhound again soon.
The worst bus service I ever travelled
Greyhound had not scheduled a driver for the second half of our trip from London Ontario to Detroit. Customer service was non-existent despite this mishap.
On time, friendly service.
