The seat was comfortable and staff polite. The train left and arrived on time. But the washrooms in the Guelph train station were locked.

very disappointing to have the bus cancelled at the last minute. I was lucky to find a GO Bus, next time I will just do that.

The Guelph station was locked so I couldn’t get inside. Some people had gotten in with a code that I didn’t have. When I got in (when someone let me in) the washrooms were locked so I couldn’t use them. The only good point was that I could read an information screen that told me my via rail train was on line 1. I was not aware of that and wondered which of the 2 tracks I should wait along. There was no staff to help me. I asked a worker (he was working on the roof) to get information. He thought the station must be closed because of the construction. Needless to say I was not satisfied with the organization of the station. My train arrived late and got to Toronto late. And there was not a male toilet on car 4 for me to use. I will not use via rail for my return trip home and I will tell people not to use Guelph public transit as it is very unorganized.
