Do find the Bus on T5 in LHR was a little bit tricky, we arrived late and first thought we missed but fortunately for us Bus was late. We didn't see or find any Display to tell the Status so IT was unclear

First must say both drivers were fabulous, very polite and helpful. However what a nightmare coming into the country after a long flight, and trying to find help. No NE help desk , no information on delays , QR code didn't work , the intercom didn't work . People stood in the rain looking confused , absolutely shambolic. Never again!
