I have used national express many times before, always booking with NE directly on line. This time though I had difficulty with them not accepting my credit card for some unknown reason so Busbud was recommended. No problem with Busbud. Then I changed my ticket on arriving at central station at Heathrow. The staff member was excellent. The bus was late through no fault of the drivers who were extremely pleasant and I arrived at my destination eventually with no problem.
