Great ride
Terrible experience with suck a rude driver. No customer service skills at all. The same applies to the counter person who was very rude and unwilling to help. She can be better off handling bags and not people Poor customer service
Our bus was 2 hours late getting started and up almost 3 hrs late arriving at our destination. I believe our driver just didn’t show up for work. Thankfully they found another driver to fill in. A fellow bus rider was 30 hours getting from Tulsa to KC because of delays at Joplin MO. Things were rather a mess at the KC and OKC terminals due to delays. Maybe just a bad day all around?
