All was well we had One phone call and two emails from EBus that ended at 8:15. We were left high and dry no communication or anyway to communicate and the bus did not arrive until 11:45pm. Lack of communication not acceptable. Your office needs to stay open after 9:00PM

Normally my experience with ebus has been pretty good but this time was awful. The entire bus reeked of urin and I was at the back of the bus where the smell of ammonia was so strong it was nearly choking me. Going to the bathroom had my eyes watering. The bus was also very cold. Its nearly negative temperatures outside so there is no reason to have the ac running. I understand its the holidays and with the high number of passengers its bound to become messy from people not cleaning up after themselves but the level of filth on the floors was shocking. Again. Every other trip ive had has been great but the bathroom smell situation must have a cost effective solution.
