A two plus hour trip to Chilliwack became a 5 hour trip, due to the winter conditions on the highways. Our driver was great. He explained the options and got us to our destination safely.The route from Merritt to Spence’s Bridge was new to me. I had never been in that area and thoroughly enjoyed the new scenery…and there was no snow on the roads so we made good time.

It was better than expected. Lovely quiet smooth ride. Would have liked to recline the seat back though. There was a bad squeaky sound 2 to 3 rows behind us for the last 1 1/2 hours of the trip that was annoying. All in all much better than flying!

The fact that there was a rider of South Asian decent playing his Indian music out loud the whole trip basically drove me absolutely crazy. He was very rude. When getting on the bus he was trying to hold all 4 seats in the back of the bus, he was sitting in 2 of them and then had his items placed across in the other two. Another rider came on and I quickly told him that he cannot do that. But as this was now my second ride, I think the driver could do better and go down the aisle and remind people to remove their storage and place it in the above storage unit and not taking up the extra seat, as they should be for passengers.
