The bus was 50 minutes late leaving Kelowna. The driver did not attempt to shorten the stop in Merritt. I therefore did not get to Vancouver by 10pm, and missed my ferry to the Island. There was no explanation for the delay and the driver didn’t acknowledge the time the ticket says the bus leaves/arrives. Initially he suggested the ticket was Calgary time.

The drivers were polite and respectful
The lady at the office bus ticket was rude and discriminating, already when I arrived I felt targeted I had a brown bag with a açai bowl and a drinking Btl with water and a pressed juice btl . Just something I had to shuve in my Gucci bag because it was considered an extra bag . I did shuve in my purse to prove my point it alls fit in my upper bag compartment , I considered it excessive and humiliating. It wasn’t an extra bag . Just the fact I eat healthy and don’t want snacks from a gas stations or snacks full of calories I don’t eat . But whatever, she should have better costumer service manners .
