Felt like a plane, without the high cost. I hope eBus can go to more places, especially Cranbrook, and over to Alberta as well.

Janet B.February 25, 2020 |

I had a great trip and would use the bus system again. The bus was late because of an accident so it wasn’t the drivers fault

Helene S.February 24, 2020 |

Your bus driver did not know the way to Vancouver. He almost took us to Kamloops A passenger sitting behind him had to tell him to turn left at Merrit to Vancouver. The bus driver had pulled over on the side of the hwy and was asking which way to go. Then the passenger had to guide him into chilliwack, and abbottsford.

Urs S.February 24, 2020 |

Es war eine schöne Reise mit etwas Schnee auf der Strasse über den Pass. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit sicher. Danke vielmals

David M.February 22, 2020 |

Bernice H.February 22, 2020 |

Love the bus, love the staff, love the relaxed and friendly way everything gets handled.

Jeff R.February 21, 2020 |

Bus departed late, as it appeared to take a long time to load passengers and luggage. This process should be made faster or projected travel times should be lengthened knowing this takes longer. There were too many unnecessary stops. Once in merrit for 20 mins and once in chilliwack for 10 mins. If the bus is deemed to be behind schedule, there should not be any unnecessary stops. And lastly, there was no wifi or outlet charging on-board, despite that being an important promise the company is making. Was overall left disappointed and unsatisfied.

Sylvain L.February 16, 2020 |

This was the worst experience I've ever had with Ebus, complete chaos

Balwinder K.February 15, 2020 |

Its very slow

Mackenzie M.February 14, 2020 |

The driver was great, and I understand that road conditions would make the arrive time in Vancouver late. However the bus was 20 minutes late in West Kelowna, right from the beginning, and that is what I don't understand.

Zita M.February 14, 2020 |

It was a nice drive, as it was last time.

Cj J.February 11, 2020 |

On time, good service, wonderful driving

Richard B.February 8, 2020 |

Bad road conditions plus a bus had a flat. They made up for the time as best they could.

Gorden M.February 6, 2020 |

was good except for the confusion about acrryon baggage

Bruce C.February 4, 2020 |

Service was great. Stops for break was clean and food reasonable prices. Driver was friendly and courteous. Could not ask for better service

Alexander A.January 31, 2020 |

Our bus was delayed due to the driver not handling a situation well. This caused me to miss my flight, very dissatisfied with the ride.
