The bus was 50 minutes late leaving Kelowna. The driver did not attempt to shorten the stop in Merritt. I therefore did not get to Vancouver by 10pm, and missed my ferry to the Island. There was no explanation for the delay and the driver didn’t acknowledge the time the ticket says the bus leaves/arrives. Initially he suggested the ticket was Calgary time.

I enjoyed the trips, both there and back. The complaint I have is with the seatbelts which are very uncomfortable and tight. I also would like the bus drivers to be more strict about the times for stopping. We had a lot of smokers on board and the drivers let a 10 min. stop turn into a 30 min. stop, so I got to Vancouver at 11:30 instead of 9:30 which was a bit too late for me (a senior). The bus is great, the trip was scenic and I felt safe, which is most important.t

Colin was the driver for the first leg of the drive and he was awesome! Super relaxed vibe and made us all laugh and feel welcome! Jimmy was the driver for the second part and he was also a delight! He had a very kind and helpful demeanour! The whole ride felt very safe. It’s a 10/10 for red arrow from me!
