Told by 1st driver when we got off at Merritt for short stop over we would get on before new passengers got on. This didn’t happen had to tell person it was my seat. He said wasn’t told of this. Also woman’s luggage was taken by another passenger so delayed bus while trying to solve dilemma.
I have now taken Ebus two times, Vancouver to Kelowna return, I’m impressed with the cleanliness and have found all the staff to be friendly and efficient. Also, considering it’s winter, I felt very safe travelling and would recommend to friends and family
