We didn’t realize the bus stop had changed to a different location. He has taken the bus many times before. But because of the change he missed the bus so we had to find another way to get him home.

great buses, staff could look a bit better (driver with fly open) but the real gem here was the way staff dealt with "sketchy" clients. Despite "f" bombs and unplaced anger, drivers took it in stride. The company might need to ensure staff have decompression capabilities on hand as some clients are disrespectful ingrates. Quality service otherwise. bus was late due to a Vancouver connection holding everyone up and customers were advised, least I felt included. Will use e-bus again.

The bus was late arrival for one hour, and no way to know the ETA(one answer the phone call all time). Finally we gave up the bus(wasted two adult tickets) and hired a taxi taking us to Kamloops as we have to pick up rental vehicles there and return to Merritt before 4:30pm.
