First driver was excellent but the driver we picked up in Merritt was very r
Unprofetional I proceeded to change my destination from downtown Vancouver to surray because it was more convenient for me and he proceeded in giving me alecture about your web site I told him this was my first time taking the bus with his attitude I will most certainly think twice about taking the ebus again.
Terrible experience, 7 hour ride was turned into 12. Server stopped working for 5 hours and the staff didn’t know how to fix it. Couldn’t text my partner that I was going to be five hours late and he ended up waiting for two hours for me. Terrible
Was late because of traffic and another bus broke down, can't be helped. Both drivers were awesome, wanted to have a chat out of the bus, really intelligent well travelled guys themselves. Made the trip so much better, give them a raise!
Both drivers were very good helping passengers who were a little older and had stress/issues making connections - with planes and ferries. They were patient and helpful and both passengers had successful outcomes.
The trip was great we seemed to reach destination in a scheduled manner maybe few min back due to traffic nothing to worry about all was good ps l like bus rides traveled with greyhound on different times always good. Thanls
If there was another service that I could possibly use i would take it, very rude staff especially considering I clearly have a broken leg and I'm not from this country, I tried to ask simple questions to which the employees would give me rude replies if they even had the mental capacity to answer the question. Not impressed at all.
