George is a fantastic driver, but the buses are quite old,and often there is something wrong. This time the AC wasn't working and the door didn't open properly!
Vehicles seem to be worn-need work
squeaks and sounds all along the way.
Driver did not speak until stop in islamarada.
Very impersonal.
Other drivers have been very informative about the trip.
There were40 tickets sold for the bus, however the capacity of the coach was only 20... i was the last one called and permitted to the bus, but 15+ people had to wait in Key west. It was also stressful for us, who could travel but we were stabding for 30 minutes before departure and did not know how much delay willnit cause. And i had to catch an oberseaa flight... i am really sorry for the people for who their whole journey was totally ruined by this failure. If it happened to me, then i would have losen around 1000 dollars...
All good; be careful though. Extra bags will be charged. Having arrived at Miami International Airport (end of the line) the staff were amazingly friendly in helping me to get to South Beach.
Old bus, procedures for checking in are long and out dated. Look at airlines please. Bag under the counter and back again, strange, lot of work and no logic in it. Lot of paperwork for 2 tickets. People at the counter not friendly. Check public transport in The Netherlands please, all computurised
Great option for the money. Would have liked to know ahead of time that we would make a stop halfway to Miami and that the second checked bag is $15 as I might have packed differently. Otherwise I was very pleased.
The but was comfortable, the restroom didn’t smell (as they usually do) and the driver very polite and nice.
Unfortunately the bus had a 30 minute delay, which I think was very unprofessional.
They need to sort out their pickup points. It cost me $18 in a taxi to get out to the airport at Key West. All the other buses pickup/drop off in the town!
