Good time and service
Vehicles seem to be worn-need work squeaks and sounds all along the way. Driver did not speak until stop in islamarada. Very impersonal. Other drivers have been very informative about the trip.
As far as bus travel goes, it was a great experience.
this trip was perfect
All was brilliant except for WiFi not working which was a big let-down
Bus muy cómodo, espacioso, pude descansar en mi viaje tranquilamente, lo disfruté...
The driver was rude
no toilet despite it was promised. weak wifi
Too many stops inbetween. Could’ve gotten to Miami much earlier
There were40 tickets sold for the bus, however the capacity of the coach was only 20... i was the last one called and permitted to the bus, but 15+ people had to wait in Key west. It was also stressful for us, who could travel but we were stabding for 30 minutes before departure and did not know how much delay willnit cause. And i had to catch an oberseaa flight... i am really sorry for the people for who their whole journey was totally ruined by this failure. If it happened to me, then i would have losen around 1000 dollars...
Bad ac, uncomfortably hot. The rest stop was a Burger King that is not capable of handling a bus load. Good driver and service. Wrong address on maps
So good 😃
The hotel shuttle bus is in the departure level of the airport, not in the bus station as indicated by the employee of your company.
All good; be careful though. Extra bags will be charged. Having arrived at Miami International Airport (end of the line) the staff were amazingly friendly in helping me to get to South Beach.
Pleasant journey with good ac!
Old bus, procedures for checking in are long and out dated. Look at airlines please. Bag under the counter and back again, strange, lot of work and no logic in it. Lot of paperwork for 2 tickets. People at the counter not friendly. Check public transport in The Netherlands please, all computurised
the bus did not leave the station indicated
The bus driver was honestly great !
Excellent service, clean buses, prompt, and love the fact that they have water, WiFi and you can recharge your cell phone.
Great option for the money. Would have liked to know ahead of time that we would make a stop halfway to Miami and that the second checked bag is $15 as I might have packed differently. Otherwise I was very pleased.
The but was comfortable, the restroom didn’t smell (as they usually do) and the driver very polite and nice. Unfortunately the bus had a 30 minute delay, which I think was very unprofessional.
Great ride, great price, great drivers!
Very kind and courteous. Would be mice to be let out at gate of entended flight but enjoyable ride non the less
