The bust stop was like half an hour with a car from fort Myers itself.
And it took me additional 30 usd to get to the city itself.
No one told me that.
I was very pleased to find out about this bus service ! ESPECIALLY because it picks up directly at the Miami airport. I will be likely to ride again ! Very good!
The driver and the other passengers were very nice. The driver personally addressed the people at the bus station to find each passenger. He helped to load the luggage. very nice small talk.
The north miami station has moved. The old address remains on all the websites I checked. This proved to be extremely inconvienent since i paid to be dropped at an abandoned location. There are no signs on the outside of the new locstion. I think this should be addressed urgently.
The driver didn't show up so we were stuck in Miami. Station staff were polite and helpful but didn't know when a driver would be available. Greyhound refunded my ticket which was good.
The bus never actually came and the staff didn't give out any information for almost two hours whether there would be a bus or no. Eventually even they recommended us to get our tickets refunded and figure out another way of transportation. I understand problems but not the lack of communication and guidance. Gladly we managed to rent a car and ended up paying less than for the bus, but wouldn't recommend to anyone.
Bus was over 2 hours late. The bus was in a really bad condition with lots of water dripping from the ceiling in several places. The staff on the station was not really helpful and seemed to not care. Driver did not announced stops. Would not recommend greyhound to anyone
The temperature on the bus was way too cold! But grateful that they put a tag on my mother to get her on the right bus and off at the right stop, and grateful the busses were running to get people to safer places.
The bus driver was such a pleasure to be around. Kind and focused on the road. It was my first time on a long bus ride...& using greyhound in general, but I was pleasantly surprised. The trip was smooth and I felt safe. I would recommend greyhound to everyone I know.
I was told the bus did not go to the cruise terminal ! So we took a cab to where the address said ! It cost us 30.00 !! Bus driver fortunately called me and said he was on his way to cruise terminal !! I RAN to find another cab to take us back and he charged 10.00 ! I was frantic ! I have the emails saying they don't go to the cruises ! I kept calling the phone u gave me with no answer ! I actually emailed back asking how far the bus stop was from the cruise port and NEVER got an answer back !!! I think we should at least get our cab fare back !
The bus was on time and arrived at each stop at the marked time. The bus appeared clean and well maintained. The driver was courteous and appeared to drive well.
