Although the bus was late and there was no hand sanitizer to use after going to the bathroom, this was BY FAR the most comfortable bus I've been in and most comfortable ride as well. The bus driver was focused and drove as fast as he legally could to get from Ft. Myers and Miami. Great service overall.
Not being able to use seat lights was not good because I wanted to read a book(a paperback) the only lighting was blue lights which for persons over 40 and eye issues can not read , only time lights at all enabled was entering stops,Is this not a ADA violation?
The driver was rude, the bus was dirty, no social distance, no mask, late, uncomfortable, people smoking weed in the restroom, a complete disaster and very dangerous
The driver didn't leave us at the desired stop and wanted to charge us $5 each me and my boyfriend to get us to the right one (+1 stop), saying those were the regulations of the company... So unprofessional and cheeky because of course he would've kept the money. Terrible.
Driver was delayed at Fort Myers by a late passenger who did not gave the correct fare. Driver was annoyed with passenger but courteous. Excellent driver.
Great service, enough outlets for my device’s to get charged on my way, awesome how it has internet (WiFi and entertainment) for my Device’s, over all great experience ! !
Keep up the good work greyhound bus !
We were very satisfied with the connection from Ft Myers, FL to the Port of Miami. The van was comfortable and all stops were made on time. We arrived back in Ft Myers from Miami earlier than scheduled at the end of our cruise.
The bus smelled HORRIBLE. The seats and air vents were broken so I was freezing and u comfortable for the entire ride. The ticket also only mentioned 1 stop, although there were actually 2. The bus driver was not only late, but was chainsmoking in our faces while he was taking our names (not checking IDs) and barely helping us put bags under the bus. The entire bus reeked of sewer and cigarettes. It was an awful ride.
Well, actually the bus driver didn’t say in which station we were and I needed to arrive on Miami airport... as everyone was leaving, I left also but was Fort Lauderdale airport! Is my first time around Florida, so I can’t recognize which airport is, I think the bus driver MUST say where he stopped... So I had to take a bus, and a trirail to arrive at Miami airport... So it made me have an exhaustive day.
Red coach is great. The only issue was the bus station address 10501 FGCU Blvd S. was complicated to find. It would have helped to either have cross streets or better location direction.
I have been to about 70 countries and live all around the world. Redcoach was as comfortable as a ride through Germany. It was perfectly appointed and I could relax.
The bus was shaking immensely the entire time it was honestly scary and I was unable to sleep or do work. I didn't feel like the bus was in condition to operate.
The operator was rude. Went out of my way to say this days later. Full of himself, and only himself. En route, someone called him on the phone and sitting a few seats back, I heard that someone from your office was telling him someone called and left a laptop on the right side of the bus. The operator repeated "laptop" a couple of times, and when we got to the Miami Airport, he told us firmly to remain in our seats while he looked for a lost item. He left his sunglasses on and cruised the aisle and didn't find it. But some woman said "There's a laptop here" on the floor and he picked it up and said, true to his form, "They said they had left a shopping bag." What a jerk. Really heavy handed when I boarded in Fort Myers (Florida Gulf Coast U). I've ridden all kinds of buses and this guy was REALLY BAD.
The staff of the fort Mayer’s desk wasn’t helpfull to clients. She was arrogant and instead of helping me she make me bought a new ticket. I bought my ticket and had my confirmation email. When I was at the station picking up my ticket, the woman wasn’t at the desk and appeare 10 minutes later. When she comes she ask me for the greyhound number, which I couldn’t find on the email. I showed to her the email if she could find it, and she said no. She refused to look my ticket by my name and surname so I had to buy a new one since my bus was leaving.
I will send an email since I find this unacceptable. Hope further assistance from the company.
Thanks.
