Conscientious driver as well as clean bus
Pleased with the trip overall. The bus driver was pleasant and I felt safe during the drive.
The bus was freezing cold. I'm from Chicago and wore 2 sweaters, good on my head and jacket over my knees and was still cold.
The driver was very nice and arrived a little early.Im very happy with everything
Awesome better than grey hound, easier check in, out, I love simple
The bus smelled really bad. It was as though the restrooms hadn’t been pumped out or serviced in a very long time. The bus driver was cold and not very polite. I greeted him with a smile and a “hello” when I arrived and he looked at me smug like, snatched my bag and stowed it in the undercarriage. I wasn’t particularly impressed overall, but it got me from A to B.
Traffic was bad on I-75 which caused the delay. The bus was great. Extremely comfortable.
The bus was very comforta ble. It had a strange odour but it was on time, the driver was lovely, the journey was great and... I'd definitely book Red Coach again for sure.
First time using the bus. I will definitely promote this service. Punctual, clean, WiFi. Courteous bus driver, economical. Thanks
It was pretty seamless comfortable ride. Only trouble I had was working out where to catch it - the location of where is fine, but there are no signs etc of where the bus will stop
Very comfortable and clean. The seats were like Cadillac times 4
Excellent service and price. Right on time and quick.
The bus was an hour and a half late made me miss my meeting not a happy camper
The bus was late as usual and I missed my flight from Tampa to Houston

Besides the bus driver getting lost and making the arrival a half an hour late It was a very good bus ride and extremely comfortable.
A pleasant and on time ride. Thanks
Very comfortable and great value!!
The leather chairs left stains all through the back of my shirt. The bus did not drop off at the previously specified location (USF Tampa) instead dropped off at the metro bus station.
Driver was great
Comfortable cozy and on time. I would use it again.
Driver was checking his phone constantly causing the bus to sway back and fourth.
Excelent all round, will and have recommended amply
The bus had a very bad odor of a port-a-potty but other than that it was good.
