The bus itself was extremely uncomfortable. Lots of delays and overall was very disappointed with the trip.

I was on the bus for 7 hours instead of 4 because the driver had no idea where any of the stops were, the bus was circling around Hamilton for at least an hour going through random neighborhoods and around the hospital. Then the driver missed all 3 exits to get into downtown London and still had no idea where the stop was. Other passengers tried to tell him where to turn but he kept going straight and didn’t listen until he ran into the sign for the height of the underpass on Talbot street and still proceeded to try to go through it. Passengers and the driver decided to evacuate the bus leaving my friend and I with dead phones stranded not knowing how to get to where our parents were picking us up. It was honestly one of the worst travel experiences of my life because I would expect the driver to at least be aware of the stops. Thankfully my friend and I were able to go into a building where people let us charge our phones and give us water but the situation was ridiculous and never should’ve happened if the driver knew where he was going.

The bus was late by 2 hours. I was only notified that it would be delayed 45 minutes. My transfer from Toronto canceled as well, so the trip did not express reliability. The one redeeming factor was the initial bus driver. He was very candid and supportive, keeping us within the loop of delays as much as possible. There was even a circumstance where the bus stalled, however, the bus driver handled the situation quickly and safely. My bus was March 29 from Kingston to Toronto at 1135am pick up (original).

Our bus was held up at Scarborough Town Center and our bus driver had to call the police, which lead to an extra 1.5 hour delay upon the already 50 minute delayed trip. This made me miss my transfer at Waterpark Place. I had to then scramble to find a ride from downtown Toronto at 6pm to London, which I found but for an extra $30. I know it's not the bus drivers fault, but to be dropped downtown Toronto and be told "there's nothing I can do" and have to figure out a way home (when this bus was supposed to be my way home) was frustrating.
