Book A Ride Kingston London recent customer reviews
The bus was late by 2 hours. I was only notified that it would be delayed 45 minutes. My transfer from Toronto canceled as well, so the trip did not express reliability. The one redeeming factor was the initial bus driver. He was very candid and supportive, keeping us within the loop of delays as much as possible. There was even a circumstance where the bus stalled, however, the bus driver handled the situation quickly and safely. My bus was March 29 from Kingston to Toronto at 1135am pick up (original).
Our bus was held up at Scarborough Town Center and our bus driver had to call the police, which lead to an extra 1.5 hour delay upon the already 50 minute delayed trip. This made me miss my transfer at Waterpark Place. I had to then scramble to find a ride from downtown Toronto at 6pm to London, which I found but for an extra $30. I know it's not the bus drivers fault, but to be dropped downtown Toronto and be told "there's nothing I can do" and have to figure out a way home (when this bus was supposed to be my way home) was frustrating.
First things first. My bus was beyond late. Beyond. I was not informed prematurely that the bus would not arrive at the specified time. To my surprise my connecting bus was not held to account for that delay and I ended up missing that bus. Then to have the audacity to charge me for that connecting bus is absurd. Only a thorough reading of Camus could render the absurdity of life more than the inate incompetence of your company.
