National Express Leicester Leeds recent customer reviews
Unfortunately the bus driver was unsure of the route. We nearly heading south on the M1 back to Nottingham but customers strongly advised the bus driver not to. We had a tour round Sheffield x4 which was delightful but I’d have rather gone straight to the bus station & then straight to the Leeds bus station. Also many missed their next connection and the bus ride was a bit bumpy than normal due to unseen kerbs.
Users have shared positive experiences about the friendly and engaging driver, who made their journey enjoyable despite delays. However, there were mentions of the bus being half an hour late in cold weather conditions. Overall, passengers appreciated the driver's efforts to make up for any inconvenience caused by traffic-related delays.

A straightforward journey with no issues. Sometimes travellers are inconsiderate with talking loud on their mobiles and others listening to loud playing tv.

I didn't enjoy anything and will never use it again. This is the third time in a row when my coach doesn't turn up on time

The driver is a legend. Just the most wholesome journey. I was running late and a bit fustrated but I got chatting to the driver from seat 4 and it felt like catching up with a mate. And he apologised for the delay(can’t help the traffic)
Genuine top bloke give him a bonus
